Where my heirloom shards??? :(

I have been playing Apex Legends since around when it released. I'm currently level 390 and I've bought a couple battle passes. When it comes to normal apex packs I'm really not sure how many I've purchased separately. I have friends who got heirlooms around levels 50-150 and I just don't get how I haven't got one. I just wish there was a tracker for packs or at least a way to confirm if I should have one already.
