white screen when i open apex

I am on PlayStation 5. Every time i open apex legends i get an error code that says "something went wrong". I also get a blank white screen and I have no way of getting to the game. Is this a problem on my side or on ea's side?

@WattsonJuices Got home a while ago. logged in hoping the game just fixed itself after downloading it overnight. Sure enough, it works. Fingers crossed it says working. So, I guess you just have uninstall then reinstall it a few times because that's all I really did other than the other 2 things I mentioned before. I'll let you know if I have if I start having issues again. I highly doubt this "method" is full proof only a temporary fix. But I do hope you end up getting it to work soon maybe we can squad up too.

@WattsonJuices P.S. I'm Yolonduhh this is my other Ea account didn't realize I was signed in to this one instead oops

I logged in to my other account and it worked, but it froze right after I signed in.

Nope same problem can’t get past white screen of death

If you're all running into this on PlayStation platforms, it sounds like an issue we're currently investigating.

When I try to link my main psn account to my ea account it automaticallygoes to another psn account I signed in to. Any help with this?
