Why am I unable to enter the game?
My Apex account has no ban record on the official website, but whenever I enter the game and click to log in to the main interface, the game automatically returns to the login interface within less than a minute, displaying "The game account in the client has been banned" or "The client is not running the anti-cheat system, or anti-cheat verification failed".
My account was banned two years ago due to being hacked after not being logged in for many years. At that time, I appealed and had the ban lifted. However, it seems that my in-game account is still in a banned state, and there are no ban records on the official website for me to appeal. How can I troubleshoot or contact customer service to clear my account data? No one has replied to me on the official website's customer support page yet.
