Why is my rank different on my ps5 and my pc when i linked the two together?

my rank is different between my ps5 and my pc, but I have everything on both accounts all the same, but the ranks are different why is this? like all the legends and skins and everything from my ps5 is on my pc but my rank is rookie on my pc and my actual rank is silver which is on my ps5.
