Win7 r5apex.exe Error

Ive been getting errors every 3-5 games, my fps is about 90-130 depending on the area. I know all my drivers are all up to date. Heres 2 errors ive been getting so far

Windows 7
CPU: i5-4690k devils canyon overclocked 4.3ghz watercooled
MOBO: z97 Gaming 5
RAM: 20GBs
Graphics card: GTX 1060GB 6GB overclocked
Again all drivers are up to date.

16gb ram
gt1030 2gb
m2 ssd (can it really matter? =) )
got both zero pointer and 0xff... pointer exceptions one time each in about 4 hours of playing
played for about the same time on the other PC, caught nothing
core i5 3550
16gb ram
gtx550ti 1gb
hdd
can't remember which pointer was attempted to be read and which to be written
