I linked my EA account to my twitch prime account and it said that I claimed my rewards but then it didn’t give me my loot. I have refreshed my game a couple times now and it still will not work. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to help with my problem.
I've talked to EA in chat. All my accounts are linked. It's something to do with twitch, and twitch has yet to respond back after a week of me reaching out. It's kinda ridiculous

For everyone still having this issue of not getting the loot, i was trying today aswell to get the new apex loot off twitch. Nothing showed up in game that i received it and twitch said i claimed it. after a bit of fiddling around (unlinking profile etc) i found the loot, it however didnt give me a pop up saying i got it. i just found it unlocked in my loadout and legends tabs. just double check there to see if you havent already got it unlocked.
EDIT: Its rare items.

The same with me . It pisses me off because I can't get the last three of my skins for Rampart,Bloodhound and Gib. Why can''t I get my skins /loot? ????
Having this problem too for Steam on PC. First time I logged in I saw the Omega skin for Pathfinder, but it disappeared after a short time.
