Won’t let me link my psn account to my apex account

Hey guys,

I started playing apex 4 years ago and stopped playing for a while. I recently got a brand new ps5 and wanted to try playing it again but when I try and link my account to my psn it says my psn already has a disabled account linked to it when in reality my account isn’t disabled unless i’m logging in under the wrong EA account. I’m confused here and have no clue what to do and would appreciate any help!
