Would I Get banned again if I use same phone number as the banned account

My main account was compromised which was later used to cheat in apex legends by the hacker but upon recovering the account I received a game ban. Upon multiple consultation a advisor asked me to just make a new account and start from scratch as the ban will not be revoked even after multiple appeal. So i decided to create a new account.

So if I create a new account and use the same phone number for security purpose, will I get banned because I used a minor detail from that banned account like the phone number. 

Everything else like steam and email address is freshly created.
