Wrong Purchase by Mistake

I bought 1000 Apex Coins for 9.99 USD by an accident via Steam. I was going to buy the Ultimate Pass which is same price. I want a refund or swapping my in game currency to Ultimate Pass. Thanks

Hey YEtheWarrior,

Sorry to hear this ended up with the Apex Coins instead of the Ultimate Pass you had intended to grab. I'm afraid we aren't able to swap purchases or otherwise exchange those coins for the Ultimate Pass.

In many cases currency purchases are not refundable in the way other purchases may be. Since those coins were purchased through Steam, it would be best to reach out to Steam Support directly to see what options may be available.

Otherwise, keep in mind that if you use the Apex Coins for the Premium Battle Pass and later upgrade to the Ultimate or Ultimate+, those Apex Coins would be added back to your wallet (in addition to the coins that come with the pass itself). This page breaks that down a bit more if needed!
