Wrongfully accused of cheating

If you believe an action was taken incorrectly on your account, the only way to have that reviewed further would be to submit an appeal with our Terms of Service team. 

We would not be able to discuss the details or make any changes here on the forums, sorry.

If you've appealed multiple times to the point where they've said no further appeals would be reviewed, that would be final and not something we can change here either I'm afraid.

I appealed over 10 times. No one would even tell me what i was allegedly do to deserve this.

Telling me to apply is pointless. There is no one to talk to.

They would give you the general category (cheating) along with a couple examples of the types of behavior that would fall under that according to our User Agreement.

They wouldn't be able to provide specifics such as which program was detected however, as that sort of information is extremely useful to those that would wish to bypass our systems.

An appeal would have a different member of the Terms of Service team review the situation up to the point where they've mentioned no further appeals would be investigated. These wouldn't include a discussion because this is solely about what can be verified in our own records, so the team would just be verifying that information for an appeal.

In that regard there wouldn't be anyone to discuss this with, sorry. If this has had multiple appeals as you've mentioned and the team declined to remove a penalty, that will be final.

I know i was not cheating or abusing the system to gain illegal advantage or any advantage. I believe in getting good and not using cheats.

Each time i appealed they gave be link to a different section of the  user agreement so to me it looks like covering up and simply *.

Oh well what can i expect from a company like EA? I should be thankful actually. Instead of wasting thousands of dollars on this game and many many hours i got my life back.

I really hope this company time will end soon. It will probably not going to happened but one can dream. They will never see a dime from me and my family again.
