Wrongfully Banned After 12,000+ Hours & 4 Years of Coaching — Please Read

Day1Roller​ Sadly, banned accounts cannot be handled on the forums as it can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

You should be able to make an appeal with the EA TOS Team up to 3 times, (which if its denied the 3rd time, that does unfortunately mean that the ban will be upheld).

To add on to with Midnight has stated they will never provide to you any logs or data they have on their end. This is to keep their detection systems as secret as possible and not give away things that may be detected. Its not that they don't have the proof or have to provide it, its to protect the system so cheat providers can't then later go in and change how that may operate to not be detected. (Not saying you cheated in the slightest. Just explaining why no data will ever be produced to you as a player.)

That's why I thought it would be a good idea to post here. I'm just looking for any solution, as I literally lost hope. I have been coaching this game for like 4 years. I have been coaching people on how to get better. Why would I cheat? And if I were cheating, I wouldn't waste my time appealing or posting everywhere. I did not cheat, and to be honest, EA's support just doesn't make sense to me, and they are not professional at all, because I'm not the only one who got banned that day. I literally have a friend who has been in the last LAN, and he got banned as well, so he was cheating at LAN?? I do not think so; it's just frustrating, to be honest, and very disappointing for someone who took the game as almost a full-time job.

I worked before in a sensitive position, and I understand what you mean, but still, when I worked there,e I used to have at least anything that would prove what happened. For example, they don't have to say how they detected the cheat or what kind of tools, but at least tell me what kind of cheat you are talking about, like an aimbot? wallhack? It just doesn't make any sense, as they need to be transparent with their community. I'm also a well-known coach on multiple websites, and I'm not just a casual player who just downloaded the game. They do owe us transparency. I did not cheat, and I don't even know what cheating looks like, lol. This is just a joke, and I'm really disappointed. 

Yeah i was hit with the same thing Permanent ban  on my account well over 3000+h played on apex across steam/ps4/ps5, ive spent well over 3.5k on apex never have hacked/cheeted/teamed/exploited etc!!, ive got e mail when i disputed the ban 1st time that i have been banned for competetive advantages, then i e mailed again and with the second investigation they conclued the matter to be closed and not to expect any further responses ive apealed over 20 times copy paste ansveres, i also talked about my issue with advisors one told me theres no reson given why im banned one told me that i have been banned  i do not know hows this eaven possible or how it happend , my account has 7 failed payments made for 26.01.2025 battle pass dont know hows taht possible when i used prepaid gift cards for psn walet top up, also talked with psn support no issues no account compromise on theyre end , when i look apex games and services on my ps5 i have 2 season 23 battle pass ultimate spilt 2 ones what dose not corespond to what i have purchased  or what my psn transaction history shows, in game leading up to my ban couple day before 11.05.2025 my account somehow was able to optain horizons heirloom i have no ide to hows that possible if i had serpents sting equipped on here, some days i was somehow rank higer than previous day,previous sesons where alright i think something may be wrong with apex javelin anti cheet or theres a roge ea employee who messing about or theres something really wrong with the game(code mix ups with seson 25)

I can definitely appreciate that you're just trying to get more information on what happened, but I'm afraid even this level of detail can be extremely useful to those looking to bypass our detection methods. Just using your examples, if someone's running both an aimbot and a wallhack, it would absolutely be useful for them to know which was detected, or even which portion of some theoretical cheat encompassing both was flagged.

That would be why our ToS team is able to provide the section of our User Agreement that was broken, but not much beyond that point.

Additionally, while I can see how it might look strange from your end that someone else was banned the same day, it's not at all uncommon in the industry for bans to take place in groups or waves. I'm not sure if that's what took place here, but that in itself wouldn't be an indication anything is amiss.

Appeals are ultimately up to our Terms of Service team to investigate, so while we can't make any changes here I did want to clarify a few points that were made.

Each appeal is reviewed by a different member of the ToS team, up to the point where they've had multiple different people all confirming the same thing after reviewing our records. If it reaches the point where they've said no further appeals will be considered, I'm afraid that would be final and cannot be changed through other channels either.

Yeah, I got your point, and it 100% makes sense, but that's really funny, as I just reviewed the mail, and I got a really fun email. Please find it attached. 
How is this a multibillion company? Like, seriously, what cheat are they talking about?? And what investigation have they made?? You are literally banning a COACH who coaches people on how to get better, and not a random coach—nah, one of the most well-known coaches and literally the top coach on the most well-known website of all time.
How does it make sense? Like, what the [Edited] i s wrong with these people? I have invested thousands of hours in this game, literally never doing anything but plugging in my mouse and keyboard and playing. What [Edited] i is wrong with these people? Literally, they don't ban actual cheaters, and I have personally gotten a message before from two cheaters who have been preds since season 10, and they play with cheats. They have more than 80k and 100k kills, AND THEY USE CHEATS!!! And they were trolling me like, "Look, you are a coach scamming people and coaching them for money while they can just get that cheat and get pred," so why are these kinds of people not banned and I'm banned???? They are still not banned, by the way, and they were just playing, and both of them are predators.
