Wrongfully banned in Apex?

Hi,

I went to EA Support to open a ticket on a separate issue from this, but then I see a notification that I have been banned in Apex for cheating in 2023. I don't understand how, as I haven't played the game for years. I don't even condone cheating as it takes away the fun of the game.

I sent an email to dispute this, and got an automated response which was not helpful at all.
