Just to let you know, the Terms of Service team's response time will depend on the number of active cases they're currently investigating. So we really appreciate your patience in the meantime. 

Why don't you guys have software that can detect third party devices like xim cronus titans meaning if someone where to use these devices you guys can detect where its coming from and take the correct action by banning them. multiple games are doing this but it seem you guys are and just banning people off false reports. 

ive done this already!! and been waiting for few hours before i even came to the forms

If you feel that an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please follow these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look. Unfortunately, we don't have the right tools or records to support appeals here on the forums. 

Once you create that appeal, please keep an eye on your case history page, and the ToS team will reach back out when their review is complete. Thanks!

SO SICK AND TIRED OF THIS! zero since to being wrongfully banned for nothing at all and have to basically do nothing. you i know for a fact EA or Respawn can tell who is using gameplay enchantments and should have those players banned but not when your playing everyday streaming everyday 

i lost 4 games yesterday and got off and didnt get back on until today and now EA forms cant help with this ban or make since of it lmfao this is a joke! my friend is banned for telling someone to "F oFF" and he cant ever play again and now im getting wrongfully banned and pretty sure EA/Respawn arent going to do anything truly to fix this but tell me and everyone whos been wrongfully banned you guys arent lifting the ban
