[XBOX] Data center: downloading 0

Im having this problem on PC aswell now, can you help didi you get it fixed? 

i have same problem as you did you fix it? if you fix it can you tell me how?

I had vae the same issue and can't seem to get it working again?

i had the same problem on my xbox one and i could easily fix it but i can't seem to find any solution to the pc fix, can anybody please help me. 

Please help. Can't seem to find any available servers as it shows downloading 504 each time. I've completely shut down and rebooted my xbox. Switched the Internet router off multiples and removed the ether cable. I've changed the DNS a few times and updated the IPS... 

my apex legends hasn’t been working for like a week, I even test the Internet connection then come back to the game( which usually works) but it’s not even working.

My data center is empty and after a while it’s just says Data center: Downloading... 200 but still doesn’t work. 
I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game but the problem is still there. 

Please help, i miss playing apex lol

Hey, all.

Try power cycling your console and network to see if a fresh link to our servers helps repair this. If not, it could be DNS server related and taking a peak at this post here may fix it for you. Those that changed their DNS have resolved similar connectivity issues.

Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

1. Plug the console power cable back in.
2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Clear Mac Address

1. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

i\It's not just xbox, i have a ps4 and experience the same issue. When I try to play on PC I still experience the same issue. It only happens at certain times and I've yet to fix the issue despite several hours with the EA tech team which makes me think it's an ISP issue.
