XBOX ONE : Apex Legends Crashing on Starting Menu

I'm sorry, I think I got my posts mixed up with a different thread. That's something for PC only. 😞

Do you have a different gamertag on your Xbox that you could use to try launching Apex Legends? If so, could you give that a shot to test and see if the game is still crashing? I am curious if this only happens with a specific account.

Please let me know what you find out if you're able to give that a shot. Thanks!

no worries!

apex works completely fine on a second account on the same xbox. if i log in on another xbox it also crashes still.

it seems to just be my gamer tag

Did you ever unlink that Xbox account from a different EA Account?

  Hello,
  My xbox has always been linked to the same EA account (i’ve only been playing apex for around a month).
  Im not sure if this is related but my friends on Playstation are experiencing the same thing but only the people in my Club? could that be relevant?
