Xbox One Prediction Error

For the last like 2 months it seems that every game I get the prediction error icon every 20 seconds it seems and I lag and freeze and stutter in the middle of my games.  I've tried everything I can think of: port forwarding for both xbox and Apex Legends, I've restarted my modem, I've power cycled my xbox, I use a hardline ethernet connection, I've cleared the MAC address, I've even chatted with EA help desk and NOTHING. SEEMS. TO. WORK.  It still happens every game and it's so frustrating.  I love this game so much but it's becoming unplayable.  Any and all help would be appreciated.  This is my last hope.
