Xbox: Profile not permitted to play online

I have 2 Xboxes and I have logged my account on both. I played a couple of games on one of them, then when I wanted to use my main one to play it kept showing me “account not permitted to play online” and promoted me with an Xbox game pass purchase window. I could still use my other Xbox to logon to the game tho. 
I have since attempted these options:

1. Logout my profile on both Xboxes 

2. reinstall apex 

3. clear alternative MAC address 

4. clear saved profile data 

5. Forget my network and reconnect 

6. check my ban status and there’s nothing there 

what can I do please? Thank you!
