XboxOne X - Extreme Lag / Rubber-Banding During Peak Hours

I am playing on XboxOne X, fiber internet, direct wired into my router.

Basically since launch, I have had really frustrating issues with debilitating lag during peak (8 PM - 10 PM EST) hours. Basically constant rubber banding about every three out of four matches. If I attempt to play during other times (such as in the morning) I have no issue at all. Also, I have no issue playing any game OTHER than Apex at any time. Even when I'm experiencing these issues with Apex, I can boot up fortnite or rocket league and play with stable 20 - 30 ms ping the entire match.

I am located in Indiana and am default connecting to the St Louis server which is showing 19 ms ping on the loading screen. 

I have tried *everything* from reinstalling the game, optimizing my router, restarting everything over and over, etc. Nothing has worked, and I'm pretty convinced that this is an Apex server issue that could be specific to my region... is anyone else having this issue?

The crazy thing is, I can actually tell when I'm going to lag even in the pre-game lobby screen. The smoke behind the characters actually stutters and speeds up / slows down. It's really bizarre.

I am an old Titanfall veteran and want nothing more than to play and support this game. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues??

    Hello,

    I appreciate the response, but as I stated I have fiber with 200 down / 75 up and no issues playing any other games during these times. It is ONLY Apex Legends. I have done everything I can to eliminate the possibility of a personal network issue, I when I run speed tests they are consistent and do not change during these times.

    When I am able to run fortnite and see a stable ping of 17 ms during an entire match but am lagging uncontrollably in Apex, that does not seem like an ISP issue to me.

    Sorry if I'm coming off harsh here, it's just very frustrating because this issue is happening primarily between 8-10PM EST which is when I am free to play with my friends.

    Also, I would just like to emphasize, the lag / rubberbanding is even present before I actually get into a game lobby. I can see the smoke lagging in the regular party lobby, and also in the actual character selection screen once I do enter a match.

    Here is an example of how it looks during character selection, you can see the smoke speeding up and slowing down. Then, when the dropship begins moving, it is clearly rubber banding as well and looks like it is constantly changing speeds.

    I'm really at my wits end here, the fact that this issue is occurring before the match even begins is so bizarre. I have opened all my ports per EA's suggestions, etc etc. Yet, from around 8 PM -10 PM, this happens every night and only with this game. Absolutely flawless during other times of day.

    I've got to support his point here in a hope that EA will look into the matter, as everyone I've met with the same issue (which is a very small amount) seems to play on Xbox One X. I never have internet issues, can run higher powered games with no problems. Yet since release on apex I have had constant stuttering issues in game, and it makes it completely unplayable because enemy players jolt from left to right and are never where they are on my screen. It is not a network issue, seems like an FPS issue to me which strikes me as weird since I'm running on One X and people with year one xbox ones can run it fine

    Any updates dude? I've been having the same problem off an on. Even with the smoke and character stuttering. I'm certain its the game itself. I've been playing on my xbox one since it came out. It is the original one unfortunately, but never had issues like this with any other game.

    Also other odd things like banners not showing up, slow motion at the start of matches, odd over lapping of things showing up after the death and when you watch the other person who killed you.

    Just a bunch of bizarre things happening. I hope this game isn't broken for xbox users.

    This happens to me on PC, things like shooting rubberbands, doors, shots don't register. Especially during peak times between two separate ISPs I have

    Exact thing happens to me on PC always at peak times the game is unplayable. Doors, reload animations, and shots rubber band.
