Xlr mic, audio mixer issues

I have set my devices as default thru Windows, checked app privacy tested my audio thru Windows, and so on yet when I go into Apex to test my mic level and be sure it's working I get nothing. it doesn't pick up the microphone at all. I'm all out of ideas and I've searched and tried numerous things. just bought the mixer and mic brand new out of the box yet apex seems to be the only place I cannot get it to work. the final and only suggestion I have seen that I have not done is to uninstall and reinstall Apex. any help or tips?

I have the same issue. I tried all of the troubleshooting listed in other forums, this includes making sure the privacy settings are set, Making sure default devices are set, reinstalling the game, updating drivers ect. My mic works fine in all other windows apps except apex legends.
