SA servers

Hi, I don't know if I'm the only one, but for a couple of weeks now I haven't been able to play on the Brazil servers, and playing at over 200ms on the NA servers is becoming really frustrating. Is there a solution to this, or what could the problem be? I'm located in Argentina. The main menu shows 30ms, but that changes once I'm in the game.  I hope someone can help me out, because I don't want to stop playing due to this server issue.
