Noticed after all those years that my cross-progession didnt work correctly

 I played apex in ps4 during 2019-2021 and got a legendary lifeline skin that was called organized anarchy (just played lifeline or bloodhound that time). I remembered now and when i go to the game (xbox series s or steam) see the skin i notice that it is locked. 

This is the only item that i remember having and just wanted to get it back.

Can someone help me?
