- @Sci0n Cross-play is on by default.
You should have a means to disable as you wish, however you will only be able to play with other XBox Series S/X users. YOu can not turn it off, without going into the consoles setting which then its not consumer friendly. It was told it would be able to turn it off. An when u do block it by settings on the console you can find no game.
Yet on Ps5 there is not issues like this.
You just sit in the laoding screen, so its forces you to turn it back on
- @Sci0n This sounds like a bug / problem. I would highly suggest reporting it here:

Sounds like you have no servers available then, that serve the Xbox X world...
So its not like crossplay is forced ON.
Root cause problem is that you have no servers available to avoid it.
- @CyberDyme Yeah... my thoughts as well... but shouldn't there be some available? Even if they are just bot-filled?
Sounds like a problem to me... Wrong as I can play the game when its on, go look up how you turn it off then make a comment otherwise u looked stupid mate.
@Sci0nEasy on there.
I am sure you are frustrated, however @CyberDyme is trying to help by first understanding what your issue is.
Have you reported the issue as a bug? We are talking it out still.Please also note this constraint, if you want to toggle your CrossPlay setting:
So you cannot change the setting either way if you are in a game party setting or if you have started the search for server to join a game or if you have already joined a server to play on.
So make sure to change this setting to what you want it to be, before you connect with any of your gamer friends or browse for servers to join.
It will otherwise show up as 'disabled' as shown on your own screenshot there.
