battlfield 2042 matchmaking bug

I am extremely disappointed with the current state of Battlefield 2042 online services. Matchmaking and server problems make the game almost impossible to play properly. I paid for this game expecting stable online access, but instead I constantly face connection issues, failed matchmaking, and unreliable servers

As a player, this is unfair because the main purpose of Battlefield 2042 is online multiplayer. If the servers and matchmaking are not functioning correctly, then the product is not delivering the experience that was promised.

I also cannot afford to purchase Battlefield 6, and I should not be forced to buy another game while the one I already paid for still has major unresolved issues.

Because of these ongoing problems, I am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation for Battlefield 2042. I hope EA takes responsibility for these server issues and provides a fair solution for affected players.

    If they won't even attempt to fix it or even give the slightest indication that they are aware of the issue it borders heavily on being a scam. Folks, do not buy this digital garbage. You will get absolutely nothing for your money. It is technically unplayable. There is no actual game inside this exe..
