looks like you have problems on portal, i got you

if you want a moderate xp server on portal you have to not change anything, changing anything other than the gamemode and the map will put the experience in restricted xp

and the other error im assuming is "Global game quota exceeded" , that error has been around since the new battlepass, we have a bigger post complaining about this Here if you need more info or need help about this issue, come by and help us make pressure so EA do something about it
