No Support from EA

There is no support from EA  the only option is the forum, basically they say fix the * yourself and without a solution you are screwed . In the past you could at least open a ticket and even better a live support witch helped me and friends to solve a couple issues! It seems now they don't take any responsibility I don't see the point to support this kind of company!! * them thats how much they care about their supporters no wonder their game are dead!

  • Hi @vathomvlaffie There is still email and live chat support through EA Help. What is the problem you're facing? I can check the steps to get direct assistance from them.
  • When launching my game the first time after I restarted my pc its stuck on the loading screen it doesn't' load the game menu also sometimes I get a black loading screen after a match and have to force quit the game. Since I bought the game I could not host the experience I've created for me and my friends , briefly a small red popup window would appear with something like quota  reached with some error code I believe. I see a lot of complains about this on the forum and it seems that there are people that has this issue worse than me for a long time , I don't see any recognition or communication from EA side for example "WE acknowledge this or that issue our technicians working on a solution and hope to solve it with the next patch whenever"

I would be grateful if you can send me the links to the support webpage with the support email and the live chat support  I've been looking for it  and could not find anything the support ticket option redirect you to the Q&A / Forum page

    Thank you

@vathomvlaffie The issue with Portal experiences appears to have been resolved now. I believe that Dice acknowledged the black screen issue on Twitter, but as I don't use Twitter it's not easy for me to double check that.

However, I just got a live chat and email us option through the following steps:

    - Logged out of my account on the EA Help site.
    - Searched for Battlefield 2042 on the game list.
    - Chose the "I need help loading my game" option.
    - Selected the option to continue without signing in.
    - Was able to choose either the "Email us" or "Chat with us" options from there.

@vathomvlaffie I got "help" once. I ended up talking with a techsupport in India that never have own an PC or played an PC-game. I asked him how he was suppose to help me then "i follow EA's trouble shooting guide". He came to the conlution that the error i experience was from my side. I had faulty hardware, software, router and internet.
I ended the discussion and fixed the problem myself.

That's what you get for paying 140€ in total for a game from EA.

    Never again.
  • Agree look at the Xbox series X issues they have ignored! this will only effect sales for next Battlefield as i will not be buying as it may not work

Don't forget that they don't actually have anyone that's part of the team or hired specifically to fix these issues. They know what the issues are, and are specifically ignoring them because they decided to do things their way in opposition to Microsoft's explicit recommendations.

Battlefield is dead on PC, thanks EA, killed another one.

No there isn't, clicking start a chat does nothing, I haven't gotten a reply. Lots and lots of others have this problem too.

it works if you sit on the screen after you make the case for like 10 minutes, when you get someone they give you basic troubleshooting and "pass the message on" EA is useless when you need help
