The game shows me a message that "My Trial is almost over"

Summarize your bug Game shows me trial is expiring soon while I bought the game. This happens every other restart of the game.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Subscribed to EA play back in november. I did a clean install of windows 11 + ea APP Start the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game shows me a message that "My Trial is almost over" but I have bought the game since release.
What should be happening instead? I should have not be getting that message at all seeing I bought the game.

I bought the ultimate edition for PC back at release. Now i did a clean install of my windows 11 and the ea app, and sometimes when I start the game it shows me "Your trial is almost over". It doesnt happen every time I start the game, so I was wondering if other people experience this.

    Hey @moepkid101,

    Before purchacing the game as a standalone copy, did you claim the 10h trial via EA Play?

    Nope, And also before the clean install I didnt see the message. 

    I pre order the game when I could, so been playing the full game since release. 

    Normally I wouldnt mind such messages, But im afraid to lose every progress and thats why I stopped playing right now. I completed all pre season challenges and bought lots of DLC, and I dont want to lose them when.

    also wanted to let you know that this trial screen only happens when I start it through the EA app. If I launch from desktop, it does not happen

    Nope! Avoided that this time around seeing i had issues with both installed on my previous windows 11 installation.

    Sadly that did not work. Seeing the game works even when shoing this message (and not showing it at all when launching from dekstop), Can I safely play without the chance of losing my progression? New challenges are up today and I would like to complete them.

    @moepkid101, alright, that's unfortunate.

    Yeah you should be okay to keep playing to be honest, since you own the game standalone. You should also not lose your progress because of this issue.

    However, I would still ask you to give the above-mentioned steps one more try. I have checked with the teams and it could be that a soft-update of the EA app just released that fixes this issue, not 100% sure.

    I just did it again, and now I get the message that my account is restricted from online play (when I launch from the EA app). When I launch from desktop, everything is fine ☹️

    to make it even more weird: every other launch I do, the game gives me the error when launching from the EA app.
