About Players Who Are Lagging

Doesn't this game give players with extremely high ping too much of an advantage?
Looking back at previous games, even 2042—which is generally considered the worst in the series—never made me feel frustrated when facing opponents with high latency.
The current environment, where players with high ping have an advantage, is truly boring.
I’ve had situations where I landed over 10 hits on an LMG against an opponent about 50 meters away, but they wouldn’t go down—instead, I’d get countered and killed. There were also frequent instances where guided launchers or missiles aimed at aerial vehicles would somehow just pass right through them.
Now, when I play, if more than half the opponents have a ping of 50 or higher—meaning they’re experiencing significant lag—I’m forced to either abandon my playstyle and fight using every explosive weapon I have, or just spot them and hope that a laggy teammate will take them down.
If they were to force players with a ping of 50 or higher into matchmaking regions where the ping exceeds 200, wouldn’t that make the game more playable than it is now?

Having a 50 ping isn't considered "significant lag".

High pingers are 100+ ping and they only have an advantage in playing highly aggressive coming around corners.

In any other distance the low pinger sees the high pinger faster on their screen which means they get to fire first too.

If you're genuinely seeing 10 bullets not register then that's a netcode issue that can occur no matter what ping both players have.
