Banned for the second time, what the heck!

Ive just today 3rd/june/2026 been banned for gameplay enhancements, I have appealed as I have no gameplay enhancements.

This is the second time it happened, last time I appealed my perma ban for supposed game play enhancements, I got 2 emails acknowledging and 3-4 weeks later I got an email from ea to say my appeal of my ban for "code of conduct/toxic behaviour" has been investigated and I did breach it and my ban has expired and my account worked again. So it wasn't for enhancements?

does this mean I am getting spam reported by people in the game, who's feelings got hurt? or im cheating, which is it? Its not likely I Will ever see any evidence as to what has actually happened as this is the kind of information hackers need apparently. 

The in game comments are full of people going on about cheating and reporting, its gotten a bit silly.

heck the in game characters swear more than I do, but its me who needs a f.....g medic.

I have no idea what's going on, and the though that my hardware might get banned, and which one of the 5 pcs in the house or ip addresses will get flagged. this is total overkill for nothing.....FOR NOTHING

and i'm going to loose at least 3 weeks again of battle pass that I've paid for and not finished.

Im a 45 year old dad who games with his mates and has a laugh, my kd is 1.2 or something terrible. im not a cheat.

This reporting system is flawed, inaccurate and guilty until proven innocent maybe until we change the charges and give you time served 3 weeks to a month later.

I want my account back,  wrongly banning my hardware so my kids risk getting their accounts blocked or banned. Ive been playing bf since 1942 all the way through.

dear AI anticheat overlords please help me as I know I will get the "we cant help you here file an appeal" in the replys or some smart arse going dont cheat then.

Im gutted I would not risk my 634.2 hours account with some hack or macro.

any way. I miss bf6

    New ban wave?

     

    Is there a new wave of fake bans in bf1 going on right now? Me and a bunch of my friends got banned I don't really get why. It says on the email weird reasons to ban like "team killing" if every one here killed their team camping mortar truck well we might be all banned🤣

    It also says using a device not accepted not sure if that includes the new keyboards with fast triggers 

    I never used clickbots

    They only issue bans if they find something... You might have a prohibited third-party program, a hardware modification, or third-party hardware tools. You can even get banned for using macros.

    also just received my second 'gameplay enhancement' ban, first one was near release, no emails or anything in either case.

    haven't even played the game recently, just got a new laptop and wanted to see how the game runs, opened the game and was immediately banned, whether or not it gets repealed this time I'm confidently done spending money on EA products, saves me the precious SSD space either way

    This has just happened to me. Saying game enhancement's. This is the 2nd time it has now happened. First time was December 2025 and then unbanned after a week so it was like it was a mistake they had made as no explanation just unbanned me. Also in my Ban history for that December there is nothing so its like they completely removed it off my account due to an error on there behalf for the ban. I only run MSI Afterburner to see my hardware stats in game. I have appealed and hoping it is another mistake they have done. I'm going to reset my password also just incase it has been hacked but I do have 2FA enabled. If I am successful again I will put a fresh copy of windows on as well.

    The email you get should tell you whether or not it's for gameplay reasons or toxicity reasons? They usually tell you the length of the ban, too.

    Maybe one of your kids is hacking.

    Maybe you can post the latest emails here for context? Might help provide some insight into what actually happened since your post is confusing.
