Apparently you can play solo or co-op, but only in BattlefieldOfficial servers. There's a post on the hub

So nothing like Electronic A$$ advertised with being able to create your own servers with full XP progression vs Bots, bit late to change the script when people have lashed out full price on the Phantom Edition based on what was originally advertised. Appreciate your post OP just venting as Steam has refused a refund 4x now, EA are saying bots are out permanently from post on X earlier.

Read update on playing solo on BattleOfficial servers but didn't find anything worth playing - found just one Bots only and it was the usual 2 teams on the same road shooting at each other. Why is this game for Solo players so useless!!!
