Beta rewards still no given out

I saw on reddit people who bought the game during black Friday and winter sales do not have there beat rewards, me included, I went through support and I was told they can't help me with my problems and to make a forum for the developers to take a look and potentially fix the issue, yes I did all the requirements, yes I did all the steps shown on the faq, please fix this,
