I just got done dealing with chat support for the exact same issue regarding no second email after the initial invite, all they said was this. Was trying to get the test version on my Xbox series x. I know it doesn't help much, but hopefully it'll save somebody the time of going through what I just went through.

Me (9/19/2025, 11:50:57 PM): I'm trying to figure out what went wrong with my invite to the battlefield labs battlefield playtest that happened tonight, I completed the survey as requested by the required deadline in order to RSVP but then nothing happened. I planned my entire evening around participating in this playtest for you guys and then spent hours researching and trying to figure out how to get in or how to get a code in order to download the test version of the game to no avail
Me (9/19/2025, 11:54:09 PM): I was in the discord and people were saying i should've received a second email with the code and instructions but i never received that. I went through every email in my inbox and my spam folder 4 times and never found a second email. So i'm not sure what happened, or what I did wrong

I have also checked this with my team and I am going to record the issue as bug to our game team. Our team will investigate the bug and will fix it ASAP if there is any issue on our end. As this have limitation access.
