Hello, its come to my attention after reaching out to support that I am not the only one with this issue and was told to make light of it here for the devs to see. If any one of you participated in the BF Labs playtest you were supposed to receive a unique Dog Tag showing that you were a play tester. (attached image of Dog Tag below) Would love to know how many of you guys also played the playtest and didn't receive their Dog Tag. It seems bringing this to light in forum is the only way we could actually be compensated.

I believe that players who only activated the test qualification CD key on Steam should also be awarded the Lab dog tag. Like me, many people missed the registration time for the Battlefield Lab qualification due to work, time constraints, and slow information dissemination. Moreover, many others who applied for the qualification did not receive it due to bad luck. In contrast, many shopping websites are filled with merchants who create multiple accounts to apply for the qualification and resell it for profit. We, the true game enthusiasts, have no choice but to purchase the qualification from them. Many Chinese players who only participated in the stress test on our Chinese forum also had their qualifications revoked but still hope to obtain these Lab dog tags that symbolize their passion. Finally, I personally hope that EA can open the Lab for testing and experiencing the single-player story a few more times within two weeks before the release, as it coincides with China's National Day, and many Chinese Lab players will have the time to experience these contents and provide feedback on any issues to the overseas test players.

Does Anyone know when this will be available in game to equip ?

Take leaks with a grain of salt until its been confirm by developers. They may not even release it any time soon could be a few months to a year or more or not happen at all.

I hope the developers can see and give us corresponding rewards

It’s not leak you can see it if you find developers in the game then checking them in profile it show up with others Dev dog tag :) I'm sorry I can't speak English very well hope you understand

Same here. It looks like I have not received this Dog Tag as well even though I did play test Battlefield REDSEC alpha a month before REDSEC was launched. I guess I can post these Battlefield REDSEC alpha version screenshots now since REDSEC's been out for almost 2 months now.

I thought they cancelled them, then saw one in game.
I was in server load tests in May 25 and early/open beta weekends in Aug 25 (both weekends and started on the 7th).

I just got done with support and was told:
"I have checked the details for you and unfortunately we do not have the option to grant rewards from our end. Any reward that is decided by the Studio team is distributed by them only and customer support has no control over it. I wanted to connect with the dedicated team to get you the rewards credited however we even do not have that option."

Then told to come here and find another post and:
"I understand that this may be disappointing, and I appreciate your efforts in reaching out to us. I kindly request that you to upvote the similar issue so that it can be reviewed by the dedicated team."
