Bf pro just disappeared along with coins

Hello. Now a week ago i bought bf pro with my earned coins from last season. When i tried to buy it, it gave 2 errors. I restarted the game and i was able to purchase. I tried to play some games but i kept getting many errors which mad it impossible to play. Turned off the xbox and one hour later turned it back on to play. However bf pro was not on my profile anymore, as were the coins. Ive tried clearing the cache. Restart etc etc. I cant seem to get a human being to respond to me through the help bot. Also kk being ignored on all social media platforms. Anyone experienced this before or have a fix?
