BF6 Map selection?

I have been a diehard fan when i got introduced to battlefield back in battlefield 3 days and i truly am missing the way multiplayer worked compared to these last few. Being able to stay in the same lobby with your squad of randoms or just staying on the same team and seeing what the next map was going to be was so nice. But now after every match you are looking for a new server with new randoms and it gets frustrating that I'm joining games right after everyone spawned and is already on points, game is half way over, and my favorite EVER your team is on the last 100 tickets. Now don't get me wrong when you first boot up the game and you search i expect to join a game late and what not BUT not after every match AND on top of that you have a chance to play the same map over again which is so boring for some of the maps. So has there been any type of discussion on this topic that has any feet on the ground of it being fixed or private owned servers back in BF3 and 4 days where you can adjust it yourself?
