Can we talk about graphic settings for competitive play?

So the best guide hands down I found was on YouTube, Gamer Guides was the channel, out of 3 or 4 guides I tried, his was hands down the best. 

i had to change one setting on my 4090 though, nvidia frame generation turned off caused some graphic anomalies. I have ASUS Tuf monitor with Elbm sync turned on, and I can’t figure out why I got graphic anomalies with nvidia frame generator off. 

4090 guys, 5070 guys, what is your sweet spot for sweaty competitive play?
