Challenges are bugged

I love this game, I love that it’s a grind to get attachments and level up. But why in the hell are the challenges not registering? I’m tracking the damage to aircraft with AA LAUNCHERS and it’s not working, I’ve taken down so many helicopters and jets and i still have 0 damage.  Has happened for a few other challenges too, you can’t make it a grind and then not have the challenges work. 

P.S it’s not because I’m using the wrong launcher, I’m using the right one and for a test I’ve used all of the different launchers.
