Would it be possible for BF6 to add a setting for controller only lobbys? On PC you can't turn off crossplay without going into game files, so would it be possible for them to create a setting letting people have the option to play with only m&k lobby or only controller lobbys? You can plug in a m&k into console or plug in a controller to PC. So could they separate lobbys by m&k or controller only lobbys? I just feel having "aim assist" is a assist that in a competitive game that shouldn't be in the same lobbys as m&k. What do yall think, would it be a good setting for players?

Even if there was a setting (which I want), it is pointless unless there is a way to find dedicated m&k or controller servers that is populated, since there is no server browser. If you edit the files on your own, I don't believe you could find a lobby that only has m&k since that is not something that Dice has created --if that's the case, changing the setting would result in not finding any lobby (my speculation only)There is only a server filter that does not have the filters that would be needed. So there could be portal servers that are dedicated to one option or the other, however it is likely not enough would find them to make it a viable solution. --this is there is even a method to create a server that denies controller players from being able to play on it, which I don't know if it possible.

unless you change the codeAdding `GstGameplay.CrossPlayEnable 0` does not work anymore. I have no clue why people keep saying it does. Open the file in vscode, add it, start the game, then watch the line disappear when the game starts. It hasn't worked for a while. Even locking the file to block the removal of the line doesn't work.We are simply not allowed the privilege to disable crossplay when on a PC. There has never been an issue in the PC market for finding matches in new titles like this. I've been hopping out of unbalanced "platform" matches, but most of the time the number of console players and PC players are nearly evenly split. That tells me that with crossplay off on PC there shouldn't be much of a difference in match making time, but even if it did, I am with you. It would be worth it.

CONTROLLER VS M&K SETTING

There are no lobbies that do not allow console players. So virtually every lobby will have console players.
If you disable cross play, you will be playing with the few people that have modified the same setting, and are playing at the same time. Mostly it will be all bots.

They need to allow PC to turn off cross-play, it's bonkers how much of an advantage controller players have. This is simply unfair and is going to kill the PC side of the player base, and I promise, it's the PC players that will stick around and keep playing.
