I linked my accounts and bought a sub and claimed the skin in my drops inventory, but I have not received it in-game. I received all the other drops to my account so I know I am properly connected. Anyone else not get the skin?
I attached a pic showing the drops are claimed as well as a pic of one of the drops on my account in-game as proof.
Same here, multiple patches, multiple tickets to EA in the last one they admitted there was an issue and still nothing. wtf EA?
2 months later and STILL don't have the skin I paid 8 dollars for like seriously?

I received all of the drops besides the Versatile skin. I purchased and I have gifted. It's not available to equip in game.
Exact same issue. All other drops worked, I have the skin in my inventory on Twitch, I used a paid gifted sub (not a Prime one) and it's still greyed out in game. Hoping they fix this as I paid real world money for this one (stupidly at this point)
