Dynamic Match Environments

Something I would like to see is some weather/time of day variation.  Not temporary weather events like in 2042, but a full match of fog, a full match at dusk/dawn, a full match in the rain, etc.  

Literally on the loading screen of match load, display time of day and weather conditions, and just let the match stick to it the entire time.  

If were playing a game where we play on the same maps, moving the sun between matches and changing the look a little bit every time would go a long way.   I am not asking for tornados, no 5 minute sand storms, just some haze, rainy day, or smoke - randomly determined at the beginning of a match and persistent to the end.
