EA BANNED MY ACCOUNT by mistake

I wish I could help just chiming in to say I didn't even get to play bf6 on the pc I had made an account because I couldn't access this one as I had been trying my damndest to figure out what email was tied to it eventually I did and the 2nd account got banned the same day I made it due to "systems abuse" tried appealing and no luck didn't even get more info as to the reasoning for the ban.

My account was also banned my mistake. I do play on PC and had been playing Training Rooms. Next day when I opened the game I received a screen on Steam that I could no longer access BF6 with this account. Immediately logged in to my EA account and see nothing there regarding a ban at all.

The ban was October 14, I opened a appeal ticket on October 17th and its been sitting in "Waiting for Studio" status since October 23.

Ohh, one more thing, I use an AIM PS5 controller which is a modified version of the Edge controller with TMR.

WHAT?! You believe your account was banned by mistake?!

Yet you use a special PS5 modified controller and you go by the ironic handle "PureSkillz?!"

Guys if you look this up, the controller is basically an ergonomic design and "modified" was a poor wording choice where he should have said "different" instead.

So it's more about extra buttons, adjustable stick heights, etc.  I'd be extremely surprised if his ban was purposeful and I can imagine how frustrating that must be.

Apparently the forums dont care about bans. Justified or not everyone turns a blind eye and just assumes it was deserved or just says "that sucks" and then leaves. Or even worse, the mods just say to use the tos team resources, and those literally boil down to yelling at a brick wall that has a middle finger painted on it, directed at you. Nobody cares that they could be next, or that this will kill the playerbase, and its really **bleep** irritating.

Sorry you guys got banned. I don't see them banning you guys for no reason. You must have done something wrong. You guys need to read the TOS agreement to see if you guys did anything wrong. Having a deferent controller could throw a red flag for them. Are they supposed to take your word for it? Put yourself in their shoes for a moment a game that cost millions to make was plagued with hackers on beta day and on release day that were caught. Would you take their word for it? Bottom line something wasn't right and you got banned. You already know there are several controllers out there that do unique things when connected to console and EA knows as well.

I wish you guy good luck, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Yep. They're similar to ones from Scuf, Turtle Beach, Razer, or the official Sony and Xbox ones. I use the Xbox Elite II myself, which is similar but official (or used, rather, as I broke one of the bumper buttons and can't afford to replace it yet).
