EA BANNED MY ACCOUNT by mistake

EA PLEASE HELP.

My account was permanently banned for “System Abuse” on August 11, 2025 while playing Battlefield 6. I play on a PS5 and the ban says the platform is on PC. I use a PlayStation Edge controller if that makes a difference. I have read the user agreement and the ban details. I don’t hack and did not manipulate or exploit the game in anyway. This had to have been a mistake. I have appealed the ban and have yet to hear back. 
Please someone help. 
I had to register with a different email to create this post because I am no longer able to utilize this service with my banned account. 
EA please let me know what other steps are needed to get this resolved.
