Every match is 80 percent bots in Battlefield 6

Yep, brought this issue up in a post as well. Massive let down.

Yeah man, lil graphics bugs, achievement, weapons or whatever.. that's fine. But this is huge, it's a deal breaker. I can't play the game I paid for, it's not multiplayer for real.. 

This is a huge issue that EA doesnt seem to bother about. Talking huge about skins and stuffs when the more important matchmaking is screwed.

I only play battlefield games and bought a PS5 just for BF6. Now having to play against bots all the time. I wrote about the same issue here.

I play on PC, so I don't even have any crossplay options. I played 2042 only for a month, got i after playing BF6 open beta, and I never had this problem, like.. any time of the day, when I had time to play.. morning, afternoon, night.. always lobbies with real players and the occasional handful of bots! (I read your original post, I can't say I had this problem on 2042).
I'm so disappointed, there are days I'm just giving up and not playing at all.. 

Got somewhat the same experience here. I play the closed weapons playlist, either conquest/escalation or rush/breakthrough. On console (ps5) after my first match, maybe 5 to 12 players comes in the lobby and bots fill up the rest. 

Came here to post this exact thing. I posted the other day about needing persistent servers to fix this but now I’m thinking they’ve changed something on their end. 

doesn’t matter if I play in peak or off peak times I’m guaranteed 10 human players and the rest are bots. 

Fortunately at least during peak hours I don't have this problem much. But still, doesn't make sense. I was able to play at any hour with 90% real players the month before the release of BF6 on BF2042 with a fraction of the active players that are now on BF6.. 

I wanna be able to play anytime I feel/can what the hell.. it's not a dead game, it just came out!

If I'm forced to play only from 6pm to let's say 10pm and then the weekends (sat/Sunday) for me it's already not working, as my working ours don't match with the ones that most people have.. and I'm sure of the 7 million people that bought the game, there are a few hundreds/thousand in Asia that are like me haha.

I mean, we're talking about a huge number of people. BF6 has servers in Singapore, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong.. all of east Asia is at reach with absolutely acceptable ping! We are talking about half the world population living there and they want to make me believe that they can't fit a lobby with 50/60 people? Bs.

Something is badly wrong with the match-making.

When PC players discovered they could turn cross-play off they also found that they usually got bot-filled servers.

It's pretty clear that EA/DICE put cross-play on PC players into console servers rather than matching them with other PC players that want a PC lobby, because if you turn cross-play on again on PC you sudden get servers with no bots at all.

I have no idea if it works the same with console players that have cross-play off. I wouldn't be surprised.

EA/DICE are utterly silent about this I believe because they know how badly wrong the system is.

Also, PC players that go cross-play off have found that performance is much better with no "wtf" moments in gunplay, so it's clear that cross-play damages the performance of the game too.

No wonder EA/DICE don't want to talk about it.
