False Permanent Ban by EA Anti-Cheat – Net Café Shared PC (Need Manual Review)

Hello EA team,

My Battlefield account has been permanently disabled due to “violation of EA’s User Agreement.” However, this is a false positive. I was playing from a net café / shared PC, and many different players use the same computers and network every day.

I have never used any cheats, third-party software, or exploit tools — not even overlays or macros. I believe the EA Anti-Cheat system may have automatically flagged the account because of another player who previously used the same device or network at the café.

Please review this case manually. This is my only account, I’ve invested time and money in the game, and I simply want to continue playing fairly.

Details:

– Game: Battlefield 6 (BF2042)

– Platform: PC

– Environment: Public Net Café (shared IP and devices)

– Ban type: Permanent, automatic by EA Anti-Cheat

– Date of ban ( 5/11 / 2025)

I kindly ask for a manual review to verify there were no unfair actions from my side.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

Please flag this post for EA TOS or Anti-Cheat review team.

The most annoying thing from all is that I tried to appeal for the bans or fill out the form from ea help center and nothing works no matter the type of device I use or which browser I use. It’s always a dead end ! No contact information provided nor the appeals work. I don’t know what else to do.

It's "the EA web site" I suspect is being hammered right now. Keep trying.

  • Hi AkillasSs,

Try the "Contact Us" button in the guide below, then the option to continue as a guest. That should let you contact EA Help so they can lodge the appeal for you (N.B. EA Help cannot review bans themselves).

    https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/locked-banned-suspended-accounts/

To echo sk1lld, though, it's not a good idea to use your game accounts on public PCs. There's just no way of knowing what someone else has installed on them.

Best of luck with the appeal.

I think that did the trick! I manage to get through to them! Thanks a lot!
