Falsely Permabanned for "Gameplay Enhancement" - Ignored by Support

EA/DICE doesn't care about the players, so their AI answering service and probably that one designated employee who handles thousands of players a day who are mistakenly added to the banned list for no reason at all.

You're not the first, and you probably won't be the last, to go through this. Perhaps in time, an employee will dig into your case and truly analyze the whole thing.

Unless, of course, the game developers have banned us all by then and given up on it. 😎
