At this stage i would just accept the ban, usually 99% of those who come in saying that they have been wrongly banned are actually suss anyhow.
Drop some game stats and let us see, its usually a good sign when people dont share stats that def cheat :D
This is all seeming like a big waste of time....trying to be heard.. EA has really blown this pretty big. I'm not going to be surprised if they ruin this title completely. Unreal that us players who play the game just how it's supposed to be played are experiencing this false "straight ban"... and they absolutely dgaf. Everybody who keeps chiming in doesn't understand... because it's not happening to you.. quick response is "why would that happen?" Exactly the right question... don't know.... and you can't understand the frustration because you're not trying to deal with this non existant EA help system. It's all AI bots... no real people... no feed back .. no explanation... no guide on what can we send...no help... and a large slap in the face to someone who has paid for their games for 20 years with "zero" infractions, penalties, bans, complaints... no help after that? To everyone quick to make judgements or don't understand... just go and try the EA help system...its garbage. Just shows they don't care about us as customers / gamers. Even worse...not care about customers who have supported their games since day one.
