Gunplay balancing

I’m not sure why we are nerfing accuracy again. AR’s are almost unusable at range already now you’re nerfing accuracy again? Why do we keep trying to “widen the skill gap”, I havent experienced a drastic need for that, the game feels pretty balanced. This is only an issue for streamers and turbo sweats, that want to crush every lobby they go into. “ widening the skill gap” just skews the game towards the no life’s. I’m still dying around corners and dying in a single frame, There are actual issues with the game on the fundamental level but we’re focusing resources on skewing the game towards the vocal minority that don’t like that new players can still have a chance, even if they aren’t running Meta guns and sliding all over the map. I’m so tired of the people that cry the loudest getting catered to. “ aim assist is OP.” dude you can play with the controller at any time? It is your choice to play this way. Keyboard mouse makes heads shots easier, recoil control way easier, and reaction speed too, but no one is here crying to nerf keyb/ mouse. Both inputs have pros and cons, you just need to pick your poison. I love this game and I want it to succeed, chasing the complaints of a small part of the base while the hit reg is still not there is killing the player base. I have like 300 hours in this game, and I have fun when I play, the only thing that takes away from that is the bugs and net code. It seems like all the fixes that have come are to appeal the usual suspects on Reddit, that seem to hate the game even though they have a thousand hours in it. But the actual net code is still broken. Not to mention the “loosing que” phenomenon, where you get five games straight where you loose every gunfight, seem to always get them down to 10 health and then you get lasered. And then  look at the scoreboard and the entire enemy team has a 5+ KD and only two people on our team aren’t negative. I understand that random chance can result in this phenomenon, but five games straight?  And I know it’s not an Internet issue, because our entire team will be negative. But we are all at 22 ms. It’s like the source code just decides this team is going to dominate and they have priority connection or something. My point being, there’s clear inconsistency in the games connection and hit reg. But we are nerfing rpgs five times? Where are the priorities here?  I just don’t understand the rational of changing the gun play again, when the core mechanic is the biggest issue. Seems like a bandaid fix to appease the Reddit lords.

  • Then they make posts on every platform they can talking about how great everything is and how much people love the game.

    What is it now, 98% of the players who bought the game on steam are no longer playing it?  A person with 4 iq could tell you that losing 98% of your players is NOT a good thing.  Yet every post denies this.

    Then they also come in and 100% IGNORE what everyone is actually complaining about.  They promise a netcode fix, desync fixes, this fixes those fixes just fixfixfix and yet every patch the only thing that happens is this get more broken and none of the broken things ever get fixed.  I mean come on, we told them their mortar changes were stupid well before it was ever implements, people have been complaining about it ever since, and we still have to wait until sometime, not even sure on first patch, into season 3 to see any sort of change?  And look at the change!  Oh no, I'll have to wait 30 seconds to get a new mortar if they break mine!  HELLOOOOOO, do you guys even play this game?  It takes me, what, 10 seconds to respawn after a redeploy?  Guess what I'm going to do instead of waiting 30 seconds to get a new mortar?  Amateurs.  

    The netcode they will never fix, because they will never admit the issue is being caused by crossplay.  Why is crossplay even still being forced, with BOTH console and PC wanting to turn it off?  Man, not even the oracle knows.  Even Timmy Ten Eyes, who can see ten times into ten futures, can't explain it.  But they keep telling us how they fixed it, and the problem is gone now guys!  Just believe it hard enough and it will be true!

    Then we're looking at recoil nerfs in season 3.  What?  What in the turducken?  What in the Subafordayota?  You guys take data from console players who are abusing the ADS accuracy... not even a glitch, just trash game design... and PC players, who ALREADY can't engage at the same distance as consoles, are getting nerfed?  What in the... WHAT in the world are you thinking?  This is alpha simp levels of poor decision making.  "Oh, the TTK, it's too low!" yea, well, considering 90% of my deaths are from a console player that wasn't even shooting when I got hit with 9 bullets all at once killed me in .002 seconds, I don't have any clue how I'm supposed to gauge what TTK is even SUPPOSED to look like. 

    Then there's the CoD movement, which is the most puke level of trash design I've seen in a while.  I have no idea who looks at a game made for escitaloprám chomping preteens and thinks that's the game to copy.  Well, ok, we all know why this game was a CoD clone, but given the current circumstances, we should be changing it.  Yet, even when some movement nerfs ACTUALLY happened, they get shadow reverted in the next patch.  What the in the what tha ahhhHHH kind of design is this.  Not only can you not keep ONE of the good things you changed, you can't even tell us you're changing it.

    The IGLA is still broken.  It's just a worse stinger.  The stinger is almost worthless too, because if the helo isn't looking down on Icarus, then you just get a "too low" and can't lock.  And even if you can lock, the shortshort cooldown flares are always up, and always get used then the helo can just fly "too low" again AND just go hide in base.  THE BROKEN FLARES, which have been broken since launch, will cause you rocket to miss SO LONG AS THEY'RE IN THE AIR, so if you lock, shoot, they flare, you reload, you lock, you shoot, oh well you know what because that flare from the last time is still in the air haha you miss.  Know what's even 10000000% more dumb than that?  Friendly flares can break your lock too!  They'll do this even if you lock on the enemy and fire, then you're ally flares anywhere near that enemy!  It breaks your lock and you miss!  Great design!  So great!

    Alright, I could go on for the next 10 years about this.  I'm just losing my mind because every modern game sucks so much.  Even as dogwater as BF6 is, it has no competition.  "Oh, some game blah blah three teams hold the obj area!"  Yea, look, I don't want to play CS:Battlefield edition.  I want to spawn with my gear, I want to go to the combat, and I want shoot or get shot.  I'm not here for the "save" rounds.  Even more so when those rounds can be 30 minutes long.  Imagine that, spending several matches to save, getting a helo or whatever that costs all that save, then you die in 10 seconds because someone had one single RPG at a bad time.  That game is going to be dead in 3 months after release.
