Actually it's about 2%. You got your numbers backwards. They put a report out about how many cheaters per x amount of games and it worked out to about 2%.
Granted that's what they caught vs actually are. I'd say about 10% is a much more realistic number. Every day I'm seeing people cry about being banned on the forums. Odds are they got caught and are crying.
