If your first C4 kills you, the others don't detonate. Detonate simultaneously

Stuck 3 C4 on a tank, detonated, the first C4 killed me, and the other two did nothing. Can't even suicide to get the tank now. 

Make them detonate simultaneously. This is frustrating.
