Issue with portal servers

Its pretty bad that EA/dice is promoting better Portal, when the servers you make getting a world queue error becouse the server at EA is completly full... The dumbest thing they ever made was the persistent options where it is tons of empty servers and you cant even join most of them becouse of the password protections.... Idea is that when the maker of the server logs out, it should log out the server aswell so people can use the portal servers in general, either make Portal server as a server payment options on server host sites then people would not have the problem with getting servers avalible.
