ITS NOT OKAY TO GET SHOOT FROM ENEMY SPAWN TO AIR SPAWN

Who tf was behind the development of these maps? I have never seen such awul map design . The anti air was literally at the enemy spawn area and he was shooting constantl missles towards our air spawn!!! How is this allowed to happen?
