MAS 148 small improvement

Small improvement that could be made to the anti-tank gadget to make it more realistic and a viable option compared to the RPG and M136 gadgets is by allowing us to use the thermal sights on the gadget even when we are out of rockets. 

I frequently use the thermal sights to easily spot enemies, but I cannot do so when out of rockets. In real life, people will use the thermal sights even when the rocket is used up. The RPG is just a better option because of the damage output and storage capacity so I want another reason to use the MAS148.

Also, a frontal attack mode for when the enemy is close to you would be nice.
